Anne Constance Paris offers you the possibility of returning the items against reimbursement and according to the method of payment which had been chosen, if these do not correspond, within 14 days after receipt of the parcel or withdrawal of your order.

You can also request a credit note, valid for one year from issue.

However, we do not make exchanges. If you want to exchange one item for another, you will need to return the item first. And reorder for another item in a second time.
