Refund policy

Do you want to return an ordered item? No problem !

Anne Constance Paris offers you the possibility of returning the articles against reimbursement and according to the method of payment which had been chosen, if these do not correspond, within 14 days after reception of the parcel or withdrawal of your order.
You can also ask to benefit from a credit note, valid for one year from its issue.

During the free returns period, offered by Anne Constance Paris, please contact us so that we can send you your return label.

No return is possible on personalized jewelry (with engraving).

However, we do not make exchanges. If you want to exchange one item for another, you will need to return the item first. And reorder for another item in a second time.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Good to know:

In accordance with the practice in distance selling, only goods returned in their original packaging and perfectly intact as they were marketed to you will be accepted.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unworn with their original tags.
If the original packaging is too damaged, the customer can use their own reinforced packaging.
In the event of non-compliance with these instructions, the returned product will be considered as not complying with our return policy and will not be refunded.

Otherwise, and unless this is the result of an error by Anne Constance Paris, the items will be returned at the customer's expense by post according to the service provider's pricing conditions or to a Pickup relay point.


Packages take a few days to reach us. Then just give our team some time to inspect your return, we will send you an email if your refund is refused.
If approved, your refund will then be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.
An approved refund is made within a maximum of 15 days upon receipt of your package.

In case of out of stock on one or more products of your order, Anne Constance Paris undertakes to notify you by e-mail as soon as possible, to offer other products in return, and if necessary, to refund.

When a validated order includes one or more erroneous elements (price, description, photo, coupon, etc.), the company reserves the right to cancel and refund the latter.


Delayed or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to appear officially.
Then contact your bank. Posting a refund is often preceded by a processing time.
