Shipping policy
The item is shipped to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering.
We process and ship orders on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Average shipping times are 24 to 48 working hours. To this period is added that of the carrier for routing to the delivery address (48h to 72h).
During the sales, these deadlines may be extended.
Once the order has been shipped, an email specifying the order tracking number will be sent to the buyer.
In the event of unusual delays in delivery attributable to the carrier or to Anne Constance Paris, an email will be sent to the buyer. But do not entitle the customer to claim damages.
When choosing the delivery method, or before confirming his order, the buyer may take note of an approximate shipping and delivery time.
The carrier deadlines indicated are to be taken into account from the day the package was shipped from our premises and only in Metropolitan France.
Anne Constance Paris offers different delivery methods:

- Colissimo Pick Up
- Click and Collect

Deadlines are expressed in working days, that is to say from Monday to Friday inclusive, except public holidays.
- Free delivery from 90€ and free return in mainland France.
- Free delivery from 140€ in Europe ( Belgium, Italy, Spain, L uxembourg, Germany, Portugal). For orders delivered outside Metropolitan France:all return costs remain your responsibility. We take care of the return shipping costs only in the case of non-compliance of a product.
In the event of a damaged package, that is to say when the packaging is open or has been damaged, we ask that you do not accept the package.
In case of absence a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. Your package will then be made available to you in the post office on which you depend.
